Jonathan Risting is a Director of the Investment Banking team focused on the industrials, electric vehicle and energy transition sectors and is based in Stifel’s Chicago office. Jonathan joined Stifel in 2012 and has completed over 60 transactions while at Stifel including sell-side & buy-side M&A, SPAC mergers, equity raises, debt financings, restructurings and various other strategic advisory assignments.

Prior to joining Stifel, Mr. Risting worked at Cain Brothers, focused on non-profit hospital M&A.

Jonathan has a BSE in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering.
