Jonathan Risting is a Managing Director of the Investment Banking team focused on the manufacturing, specialty vehicle, industrial equipment, vehicle electrification and energy storage sectors and is based in Stifel’s Chicago office. Jonathan joined Stifel in 2012 and has completed over 80 transactions while at Stifel including sell-side & buy-side M&A, equity raises, debt financings, SPAC mergers, restructurings and various other strategic advisory assignments.

Prior to joining Stifel, Mr. Risting worked at Cain Brothers, focused on non-profit hospital M&A.

Jonathan has a BSE in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School and a BSE in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering.
