John Tillotson

John Tillotson is a Director in the Consumer Group at Stifel, where he advises companies in the global vehicle aftermarket industry. John provides M&A and financing advisory services to publicly traded companies, leading private equity groups and their portfolio companies, and owner-entrepreneurs.

John’s transaction experience includes sell-side and buy-side M&A, cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, corporate divestitures, and capital raises. John has deep industry expertise advising past aftermarket clients spanning various sub-sectors within the global aftermarket, including consumer discretionary and repair & maintenance parts, multi-unit services, aftermarket distribution, and e-commerce platforms.

Prior to rejoining Stifel, John was a Vice President at Lincoln International. Before that, he served as a Vice President at Stifel and an Associate at BB&T Capital Markets.

John graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from Babson College.
