John Coyne is a Director in the Consumer Group at Stifel, where he advises companies in the Food & Beverage sector.

During his tenure at Stifel, John has worked on more than 40 transactions with leading middle market financial sponsors and strategic acquirers. He has extensive experience across a range of transaction types, including M&A, capital raises, IPOs, SPACs, and debt financings. Prior to joining Stifel, John served as an Associate Vice President at BB&T Capital Markets.

John holds a B.S. in finance from Boston College.
