Jim Georgiow

Jim joined Stifel’s Energy and Natural Resources Investment Banking Group in 2006 and is responsible for clients in the Midstream and Downstream sectors. Jim serves on Stifel’s Fairness Opinion Committee.

Prior to joining Stifel, Jim spent eight years at UBS Investment Bank and its predecessors, in its Energy Group. Prior to that, Jim spent four years in NatWest Securities Corporation’s investment banking group and three years with Fulcrum Financial Advisors. Jim has advised on a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions as well as completed a variety of public and private securities offerings with an aggregate value in excess of $50 billion.

Jim received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
