Jim specializes in K-12 finance, with a particular emphasis in Indiana. His responsibilities have included all aspects of public finance, with direct involvement and coordination with all types of municipal issuance of bonds and leases, including the development of financing techniques that have resulted in reduced capitalized interest for Indiana’s schools.
Mr. Elizondo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Brigham Young University and maintains Series 7, 15, 50 and 63 licenses.
