Jerome Raymond

Jerome Raymond is a Director in Stifel’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group. He joined Stifel in 2020 and has spent over 13 years advising companies and private equity funds. Jerome has deep expertise in buy-side and sell-side M&A, including cross-border transactions throughout Europe, the U.S. and Asia, and advises on financings. He covers all sub-sectors of healthcare with a specific focus on MedTech and Healthcare Services. Jerome’s experience spans in Orthopaedics, Services (CDMOs, care homes), alongside Biotech, Healthtech, Diagnostics, Pharma and Animal Health.

Before joining Stifel, Jerome worked on the M&A teams at Credit Agricole and Natixis. He holds a MSc in Corporate Finance and a master’s in management from EDHEC Business School.
