Jason Hubbard

Based in Ohio, Jason Hubbard is a Director in Stifel's National Housing Finance practice. He holds over 20 years of experience in the housing finance industry, with a focus on credit lending, loan origination, underwriting, mortgage operations and HFA client management.

Prior to joining Stifel, Jason served as a Client Manager for U.S. Bank, where he collaborated with multiple HFAs across the country in administering and servicing HFA programs. He served as the HFA relationship manager for both the City and County of Denver, Colorado, Nevada Rural Housing Authority, and Nevada Housing Division. During his tenure, Jason facilitated transitioning DPA Grant structures to deferred, 0% interest, forgivable second lien structures for HFA’s.

Jason’s extensive knowledge of housing markets is complemented by his hands-on experience in Housing Finance Association (HFA) relationship management and administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from University of Phoenix.

Jason is registered with FINRA and holds Series 52, 63, and SIE securities licenses.
