Jason Grossman

Jason is a Director in the Energy & Natural Resources team at Stifel where he has been since 2019. His transaction experience since joining Stifel includes equity raises for Diversified Gas & Oil, Energean, AEX Gold, Longboat Energy and Reabold Resources, acting as financial advisor to Amerisur Resources on its acquisition by GeoPark, and acting as sponsor to Diversified Gas & Oil on its premium listing.

Prior to joining Stifel, Jason spent ten years at Jefferies Hoare Govett in the corporate broking team. He has extensive experience advising London Listed Energy & Natural Resources companies across ECM, M&A and Sponsor transactions.
