Jared White

Jared White is a Director in Stifel’s North Carolina Public Finance office. He joined the firm in 2019 through its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of George K. Baum & Company (GKB) and focuses on developing customized, cost-efficient financing strategies that meet the specific needs of local governments and other issuers of municipal bonds throughout North Carolina.

During his career, Mr. White has provided municipal advisory and underwriting services on more than $1.57 billion of tax-exempt, taxable, and variable-rate municipal transactions.

Mr. White holds a B.S. in Business Management from Northeastern University in Boston and a M.B.A. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Prior to joining GKB in 2018, Mr. White led the North Carolina public finance banking efforts at Stephens Inc. His previous banking experience also includes positions at both Wachovia Bank Corporation and Bostonia Partners.
