Jandra Lubovich

Jandra Lubovich is a Managing Director of Public Finance Investment Banking in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Lubovich had 10 years of public finance experience and originates and structures taxable bonds, tax-exempt bonds and loan participations for investment grade and high yield financings.

Mr. Lubovich has experience with project finance, public private partnerships and land development including mixed waste recovery facilities, digester facilities, water/wastewater, multi-family housing and TIF financing. He also has experience with municipal general obligation new money and refunding financings. Prior to joining Stifel, Mr. Lubovich was Senior Vice President in the Project Finance Group at Sterne Agee and prior to Sterne Agee as Director in the Project and Public Finance Investment Banking Group at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Jandra holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Saint Thomas, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is fully licensed under FINRA Series 7, Series 50, Series 53, Series 63, and Series 79.
