Ignacio led the acquisition of the Premium Cigar Division of Imperial Brands by the Chinese Consortium Allied Cigar Corp for €1.25Bn. As Managing Director at Haitong, he was responsible for the Bank’s deal origination and execution of Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Construction, and Infrastructure sectors in Spain.
Ignacio has a Sloan Fellowship Master from the London Business School and has completed executive studies in Private Equity at Harvard Business School. Ignacio holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Pontifícia de Comillas University (ICADE), since 1996.
