Hugh McNamara joined Stifel in 2021 and serves as Vice President, Institutional Trading of Stifel Canada. He holds over five years of experience in capital markets, with expertise in institutional trading, equity research, and investor relations. Before transitioning into trading, Hugh spent two years in equity research, initially focusing on special situations and further expanding into precious metals. Hugh holds an MBA in Finance from Dalhousie University, where he also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Economics.
