He is a Managing Director in Stifel’s San Francisco office and leads the firm’s efforts serving California water, sewer, and power utilities.
Guillermo serves a wide variety of issuers, from many of the state’s largest utilities to a number of small city-owned enterprises.
He received a B.S. in Geochemistry, an MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering, and an MBA from Stanford University.
