Guillaume Nathan is Managing Director within Stifel’s Global Technology Group, specializing in Business & Tech-enabled Services and based in Paris. He joined Stifel in 2025 through the acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co, where he was a Partner. With over 25 years of experience in investment banking, Guillaume has advised clients on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, fundraisings, LBOs, and financings. Prior to Bryan, Garnier & Co, he co-headed the M&A practice at Grant Thornton Corporate Finance in Paris and worked at PwC Corporate Finance, focusing on TMC and Business Services. Guillaume holds a European Master’s in Management from Oxford and graduated from ESCP-EAP.
