Greg joined Stifel through the acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co in 2025 where he was Co-Founder and Managing Partner. He has been advising and financing European private and public growth companies for over 30 years and has extensive expertise in the technology sector.

During his career, he has led over 100 transactions, including some of the largest European private placements, as well as buyouts, private/public M&A deals and IPOs, across both Europe and the U.S. A pioneer of the private placement market in Europe, Greg played a key role in the launch of the European growth capital markets initiatives in the mid-1990s, including as an early investor in EASDAQ.

Greg holds a Master of Banking and Finance, as well as a Master In Law from Assas Paris University of Law.
