Eric Madar

Eric Madar is a Director in the Global Technology Group specializing in Tech-enabled Services Investment Banking and based in Paris. He joined Stifel in 2025 through the acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co and has over 10 years of experience in corporate M&A. He held the same position at Bryan, Garnier & Co and previously served as M&A Director at Segula Technologies. Eric has managed both domestic and cross-border transactions from end-to-end ranging from small to large-cap across Europe, the US, and Australia, across the energy, healthcare, and automotive sectors. He holds an MSc in Management with a major in M&A and strategic alliances from Audencia Business School in Nantes and studied Corporate Finance at the University of Cincinnati in the US.
