Edward F. Ribaudo Jr.

Ed is a Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets.  Ed is responsible for leading the firm’s leveraged capital markets functions supporting the underwriting of sponsored corporate loans and bonds.  Further, he leads the syndicate function which liaises between the origination and distribution functions within the firm.

Ed joined Stifel in September of 2021.  Prior to joining Stifel, he co-founded and built the syndicated finance platform at Houlihan Lokey enabling the firm to provide underwritten commitments on broadly syndicated leveraged loans.  Previously, he spent more than 10 years at GE Capital/Antares Capital where he was responsible for structuring, pricing and syndicating sponsor-financed transactions in diversified industries, media communications, healthcare and energy for sale to the syndicated loan market.

Ed has a B. S. Finance from Siena College.
