Douglas Pinder

Doug Pinder joined Stifel in 2024 as a Director, where he advises clients on debt transactions in the Infrastructure sector. His focus includes energy & power, renewables, utilities, transportation, telecoms and social infrastructure. Doug works with banks and institutional debt funds across the capital stack to provide appropriate financing solutions to clients in refinancing, acquisition financing and greenfield financing situations. Previously Doug was a Director and co-head of financing at Cantor Fitzgerald in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure team. Before this, he was a Vice President at Bank of Montreal in the Infrastructure team and spent 7 years at Royal Bank of Scotland working with Transport and Infrastructure clients.
