Dawn Vincent began her public finance career in 1985 and is currently a Managing Director. A native Angeleno and a graduate of Inglewood public schools, Ms. Vincent has focused her primary efforts in the California K-12 school sector. She has experience with providing debt solutions that have resulted in the issuance of over $10 billion in municipal securities for school districts throughout the state, with an emphasis on Southern California districts. She is responsible for creating borrowing programs that fund school facility projects through the sale of general obligation bond programs, community facilities district bonds, lease and certificates of participation, and other tax credit/subsidy securities.

In addition to her work for school districts, Dawn is especially experienced in the area of land-secured finance, having served as the lead investment banker on hundreds of special assessment and special tax bonds for general infrastructure projects issued by water districts, cities, counties, and school districts.

Ms. Vincent graduated from the University of Santa Clara and has completed graduate studies at the University of Iowa and maintains Series 6, 52, 53 and 63 licenses.
