David Morse

David Morse is a Managing Director in Investment Banking focused on Diversified Industries sector coverage. He is responsible for corporate client, private-equity portfolio and founder company relationships within the sector. The bulk of his practice is in Facility Services, with areas of particular focus including roofing, “green” industry services (landscaping, lawncare, tree service), residential services, and other commercial facility services. In the last 15 years, Mr. Morse has completed over 25 sell side and buy side transactions worth more than $20 billion in transaction value. David has been focused on industrials and services investment banking for over 15 years. Prior to joining Stifel in 2024, David was a Managing Director at D.A. Davidson & Co. where he led the Commercial & Facility Services team. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson in 2020, David was a Director at Citizens where he co-led the Industrial Services team. From 2013 to 2017, David was a Director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey where he led the Chemicals practice. David began his industrials and services investment banking career at Evercore Partners in New York from 2008 to 2013. David has a B.A. in Economics from The University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
