David M. Gray

David Gray is Chairman of the Diversified Industries Investment Banking team, with a focus on Diversified Services. He is responsible for corporate client relationships in the business services, environmental services, industrial services, and rental services sectors. Over the past 20 years, David has completed more than 140 strategic advisory and financing transactions, worth $150 billion.

In his over 30-year investment banking career, David has worked closely with clients on a broad range of strategic advisory and financing transactions. Prior to joining Stifel in 2012, he was a Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Credit Suisse, where he was Head of Global Industrial & Environmental Services Investment Banking. Before this, David was Head of Global Business and Industrial Services Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. David has also previously worked for Alex.Brown, Robertson, Colman & Stephens, Bain & Company, and Citibank.

David received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. Harvard College.
