David Deckelbaum joined Stifel in 2026 as a Managing Director covering Energy, Natural Resources and Power. He has covered the Oil & Gas upstream and energy materials space for over 20 years on both the sell-side and buyside, including recent equity research coverage for eight years at TD Cowen, seven years at Keybanc Capital Markets, three years at UBS and investing roles at Millennium.

David holds a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems from the George Washington University and is a CFA charter holder.
