David Buscaglia

David Buscaglia is a Managing Director in investment banking focused on Business Services sector coverage. He is responsible for corporate client, private-equity portfolio and Founder company relationships within the sector. The Business Services’ landscape includes a broad range of outsourced business models and service offerings across the Corporate / Professional Services and Essential Services verticals. Mr. Buscaglia has completed over 100 strategic advisory and financing transactions worth more than $100 billion for clients over the past fifteen years. In his fifteen plus year investment banking career, Mr. Buscaglia has worked closely with clients on a broad range of strategic advisory and financing transactions. Prior to joining Stifel in December 2021, Mr. Buscaglia was a Managing Director at Nomura Securities where he was head of the Business Services Investment Banking team. Prior to joining Nomura Securities in 2014, Mr. Buscaglia had been a member of the of the Global Business Services team at Deutsche Bank since 2006.
