Dave Schlosser

Dave Schlosser has been involved in religion and education banking since 1986. He is a Managing Director in the Waukesha, Wisconsin Public Finance Office. He has served as underwriter and lead banker on bond financings for churches, private schools and other not-for-profit organizations.

Dave is primarily responsible for the origination, underwriting and structuring of many of the firm’s taxable bond issues for religious institutions. Prior to joining Stifel, Dave served as managing director in the Ziegler Religion and Education finance team, where he originated loans for churches of all denominations nationwide. Since 1986, he has underwritten more than 200 issues for churches and schools, totaling in excess of $1 billion.

Dave holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is a registered representative of Stifel and a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Dave has spoken at various national conventions on the merits of bond financing for churches, schools and other not-for profit organizations.
