Daniel Espinosa

Daniel Espinosa is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group and a member of the Infrastructure Software Team. Daniel focuses on data infrastructure, DevOps & IT Middleware, and adjacent areas around cybersecurity. His experience includes both buy-side and sell-side M&A for leading public and private companies, private equity firms, and founder- and management-owned businesses.

Daniel joined Stifel in 2025 after leading the infrastructure software M&A practice at Raymond James. Prior to Raymond James, he was a senior M&A Technology banker at Lincoln International, and M&A coverage banker at J.P. Morgan. Daniel started his career as a structural engineer at WSP-Parsons Brinckerhoff in the bridges and tunnels division.

Daniel earned both a Master and Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from The University of Connecticut, and later, an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
