Daniel Espinosa

Daniel Espinosa is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group and a member of the Infrastructure Software Team. He focuses on data infrastructure, DevOps & IT Middleware, and adjacent areas around cybersecurity. Daniel’s experience includes both buy-side and sell-side M&A for leading public and private companies, private equity firms, and founder- and management-owned businesses. He has advised on several notable domestic and international transactions within data management, workflow automation, and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Stifel, Daniel led infrastructure software M&A at Raymond James and before this, worked as an M&A banker at Lincoln International and J.P. Morgan. He started his career as a civil engineer at WSP-Parsons Brinckerhoff.

Daniel earned a B.S. and M.S in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
