Dane Kopinski, Director, has 13 years of municipal finance experience in public finance banking and heads Stifel’s Texas Public Finance office in San Antonio. Dane joined Stifel in 2014 with the acquisition of De La Rosa & Co., a boutique public finance firm in San Francisco.

Throughout his banking career he has served as senior manager for over $2 billion in tax-exempt and taxable financings, including transactions for issuers in DFW including the cities of Grand Prairie, Richardson, Fort Worth and the City of Fate.

Dane holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees from Stanford University and is FINRA Series 7, 50, 53, and 63 licensed.
