Cyrus Deboo is a Managing Director in Stifel’s Global Technology Group and a member of the Software, Tech-Enabled Services, and Internet & Digital Media teams. He has nearly 23 years of investment banking experience working with technology companies across the US and Europe. 

Cyrus joined Stifel through its 2019 acquisition of Mooreland Partners, where he was a Partner in the London office. Prior to joining Mooreland in 2016, Cyrus was a Managing Director at investment banking firm Sonenshine Partners, where he advised on M&A and financing transactions in the software, tech-enabled services and internet sectors across North America and Europe. He began his financial industry career at GE Capital.

Cyrus earned a B.A. from Yale College.
