Cullen Lee

Cullen Lee joined Stifel as the Head of Technology Equity Capital Markets in October 2023. With over 20 years of experience, Cullen brings a proven, long term track record of leading and advising on equity capital markets transactions for growth companies and brings a collaborative approach to the sub-sectors where consumer, industrial & services, and digital commerce cross over with technology.

Cullen was most recently Global Head of TMT Equity Capital Markets at Credit Suisse. Prior roles at Credit Suisse included, Global Head of Internet Investment Banking and Global Head of Retail & Consumer (including e-commerce) and Services Equity Capital Markets. Cullen was a founding partner in the joint venture between the Global Technology and Retail & Consumer investment banking groups that formed the foundation for collaboration of industries which included Industrials and Financials with the Global Technology Group to enhance client coverage and solutions. Cullen began his career at Friedman, Billings and Ramsey and was a Managing Director in Financial Institutions group. He has a broad experience set across industries and client product solutions including IPOs & Follow-ons, convertibles, M&A, debt and private placements.

Cullen attended Wake Forest University.
