Colleen Kusy joined Stifel in 2026 and serves as a Managing Director covering Biotechnology. Before this, she spent more than 12 years at Baird, working in positions of increasing responsibility from 2014 to 2026. Most recently, she served as Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst, and was the lead publishing analyst covering SMID-cap biotechnology companies with a focus on ophthalmology, oncology, and immunology and inflammation.

Colleen was named a “Rising Star of Equity Research” by Business Insider in 2023. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Villanova and is a Chartered Financial Analyst holder from the CFA Institute.
