Christophe Alleman is Managing Director in Stifel’s Equity Capital Markets Group and based in Paris. He joined Stifel through its 2025 acquisition of Bryan, Garnier & Co, where he had been a Partner and Co-Head of the Public and Private Capital Markets practice since 2020. With over 25 years of experience in M&A, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and Equity Capital Markets (ECM), having previously created and lead a dedicated midcap ECM and DCM franchise for Société Générale Investment Bank, averaging 50+ transactions annually. He holds an MBA in Financial Engineering from Toulouse Business School.
