Chad Gorsuch

Chad leads Stifel’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group and has a 16-year track record of success in providing strategic advice to and raising capital for real estate clients. He has worked on a variety of advisory assignments, book-run public transactions and private placements including corporate mergers and acquisitions, private equity placements, real estate portfolio sales, initial public offerings, follow-on stock offerings, preferred share offerings and a variety of corporate debt offerings.

Prior to joining Stifel in 2007, Chad spent four years with A.G. Edwards. Prior to that, he served as a Business Development Manager for Aon Warranty Group and in various managerial roles for Ford Credit.

Chad received an MBA from University of Chicago and a BAS in Economics and Statistics from the University of Missouri
