Chad Blacklock, Director, Former CFO/COO of Franklin Township and Vincennes Community Schools. Chad joined Stifle’s Public Finance Department in June of 2017.

Chad focuses primarily on K-12 school districts, helping schools with bond issues as well as non-bond related services such as budgeting, long range planning, and cash flow analysis.

Mr. Blacklock is currently registered with his Series 52 and 63 licenses and holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
