Callum Stewart

Callum is a Managing Director of Stifel Nicolaus Europe’s investment banking team. He has 16 years’ experience in corporate finance and is focused exclusively on Energy & Natural Resources.

He has significant transaction experience in the sector and has advised AIM, fully listed, and private companies on a wide variety of transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, takeover offers, IPOs, secondary offerings and convertible bond offerings, including raising ~$2 billion since 2018. He advised Faroe Petroleum in its $817m acquisition by DNO, Eland Oil & Gas in its $501m acquisition by Seplat, and Amerisur Resources in its $315m acquisition by GeoPark. Callum is a Qualified Executive for AIM and has in-depth knowledge of the Listing Rules, Prospectus Rules and Disclosure and Transparency Rules as well as corporate governance. Callum was previously Director at Panmure Gordon.

He has an M.A. from Edinburgh University.
