Based in Minneapolis, Bryan Klitzke serves as a Director in Stifel’s Public Finance Department. Mr. Klitzke focuses on affordable multifamily housing finance and has been involved in over 450 multifamily agency debt transactions, exceeding $7 billion in total loan proceeds across the country. Working on agency debt, he holds experience in preservation, acquisition-rehabilitation, and new construction transactions.

Mr. Klitzke received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota.
