Brough Ransom

Brough Ransom is a Director in Stifel’s UK Corporate Broking team, covering syndicate sales and equity capital markets with a focus on healthcare. Based in London, he works with publicly listed corporate clients and institutional investors in equity placings, secondary distribution, and investor targeting, drawing on nearly 30 years in equity sales.

Brough joined Stifel in 2025 from WG Partners, where he was a Partner. He previously served as an advisory sales specialist at Goodbody and as a Director in corporate broking at Investec, where he developed the healthcare franchise. He also spent six years at N+1 Singer as a senior sales executive and healthcare specialist. Earlier in his career, he was a Director at Nomura Code and held vice president roles at ING and Merrill Lynch.

Brough holds an MBA and a BA in Politics from the University of Exeter.
