Britton Henig

Britton P. Henig, Director, Stifel’s Birmingham, AL office. Mr. Henig focuses on the affordable housing industry, working with developers and issuers on multi-family affordable housing financings using Low Income Housing 4% tax credits.

Prior to joining Stifel, he spent 10 years with another investment banking firm. In that role, he served as a banker on various tax exempt and taxable public financings. He started and led the affordable housing platform for the firm. He began his career in the banking industry, serving in various roles with Colonial Bank and BB&T. Mr. Henig has served on various advisory Boards, including, a member of the Synovus Bank advisory Board in Montgomery, AL, as well as Baptist Health, in Montgomery, AL, advisory Board.

Mr. Henig graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Liberal Arts and Minor in the School of Business.
