Brian Kim

Brian joined Stifel as a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group, focusing on medical technology, life science tools & diagnostics.

Prior to joining Stifel, Brian worked for Ghost Tree Capital, LLC., a healthcare focused investment fund. As Sector Head, he was responsible for primary fundamental healthcare industry research and corporate strategic assessments to drive portfolio investment idea generation within the broader medical technology, life science tools & diagnostics industries. Previously, Brian was a vice president at JP Morgan Asset Management, covering the medical technology and life science tools sectors for the core US equity investment group. Brian started his investment analysis career at Credit Suisse First Boston and Bear Stearns.

Brian has an MBA from New York University and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from University of Southern California.
