Brad Gysin is a Director within Stifel’s Public Finance Group. He assists the public finance group in the structuring, analysis, and marketing for several transactions involving both public and private colleges and universities, community colleges, nonprofit organizations, and renewable energy projects across the country. He joined Stifel in 2019 through its acquisition of George K. Baum & Company. Mr. Gysin’s experience includes a broad range of credits, revenue pledges, and project types.
Prior to Stifel, Mr. Gysin was Vice President of Municipal Investment Banking at George K. Baum & Company. Mr. Gysin specializes in P3 student housing financings and has helped several institutions procure first-time housing. He has served as the municipal advisor for numerous higher education institutions, totaling over $1 billion in issuance.
Mr. Gysin earned his B.S. in both Economics and Business Administration from Florida Southern College.
