Bill Reisner

Bill Reisner serves as a Managing Director in Stifel’s Public Finance Department and co-leads the group’s healthcare practice.

Most recently, he served as Co-Head of Fixed Income at Janney Montgomery Scott, where he led a national practice and played a central role in restructuring key capital markets business lines, driving revenue growth, launching new product verticals, and expanding market share. Before this, Mr. Reisner held a series of progressive senior roles at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., culminating as Head of Public Finance. He combines hands-on production with strategic leadership, emphasizing talent development, long-term franchise building, and the execution of complex municipal financings across diverse issuer types, with a particular focus on disciplined risk management in the healthcare sector.
