Arndt has worked in the fixed income financial markets for over 25 years as a credit analyst. Arndt started out in the Credit Rating Unit of Natwest in 1995 where he worked in London and New York as global airline analyst. From 1999-2009 Arndt worked at Dresdner Kleinwort in London where he was Head of Credit Research. Arndt joined Knight Capital in October 2009 shortly after the set-up of its European Fixed Income team. He moved to Stifel Nicolaus when the firm acquired Knight Capital’s Fixed Income team in July 2013. Arndt was appointed Head of European Fixed Income Research in June 2019. Arndt covers a broad variety of corporates with a focus on High Yield, distressed and special situations.
