Anne Noble

Anne Noble has worked in public finance since 1989. She joined the Stifel Public Finance team in St. Louis in 2008 after 19 years at A.G. Edwards/Wachovia. She serves as Chairperson of the Public Finance Executive Committee and her banking expertise is in K-12 and Higher Education finance in the mid-central region, with a particular emphasis in Illinois. Anne has served in the capacity of financial advisor, structuring agent, and senior managing underwriter on over 700 bond issues valued in excess of $6 billion. She has assisted her clients in all municipal financing needs, including debt modeling, borrowing capacity analysis, debt refunding and restructuring, and credit analysis. Anne is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and is a licensed General Securities Representative (Series 7), Municipal Securities Principal (Series 53), Uniform Securities State Agent (Series 63), Municipal Advisor Representative (Series 50) and Municipal Advisor Principal (Series 54) through FINRA.
