Anand Parekh

Anand joined Stifel in 2020 and is a director in the Global Technology Group. He has over 12 years of experience in the Banking and Corporate Finance industries, primarily focused on the Technology and Media sectors. Within his role at Stifel, Anand covers all Technology sub-sectors, with a particular focus on Tech-Enabled Services, including IT and Managed Services. At Stifel, he has led several transactions including the sale of 3D Hubs to ProtoLabs and the sale Annata to Vex (Venture Capital Firm). Prior to Stifel, Anand was part of the Technology M&A teams at GCA Altium and Livingstone Partners. He started his career at KPMG in the TMT Corporate Finance team, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Anand is a graduate of Aston University where he earned a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Business and Management.
