Alysa joined Stifel in 2014 and has over 20 years of investment banking experience with a track record of executing over $45bn of M&A, capital markets and lending transactions across a broad range of industries and geographies. Alysa has also successfully executed a number of SPAC transactions and has extensive cross-border M&A experience. She has previously worked at Credit Suisse, Rothschild, Deutsche Bank and Tegris.
Alysa received an MBA from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
