Allie Hayes

Allie Hays is a member of the North American private funds distribution team.

Prior to joining Eaton Partners, Allie was a Managing Director on the Fundraising and Investor Relations team at The Riverside Company, a global middle-market private equity firm, where she led Western North American fundraising efforts for the firm’s private equity, private credit and structured capital strategies. She previously was an Executive Director at UBS in their Private Funds Group providing capital raising and advisory services for private equity, private credit and infrastructure funds. She began her career with roles in Investment Banking and Research in New York City.

Allie received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA in Biology from Bowdoin College.
