Alex Masters

Alex Masters is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Consumer on Stifel’s Diversified Industries investment banking team, with more than 25 years of sector-focused, global investment banking experience. Based in London, he specializes in the food, beverage and pet food industries, advising corporates, private equity houses, owners and family offices on cross-border and domestic transactions across the US, UK, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Alex joined Stifel in 2026 from Lincoln International, where he was Co-Head of Consumer, Europe and grew the firm’s European Consumer Corporate Finance practice. He previously spent 13 years at Rothschild as a senior member of the Global Consumer team, based in London, and relocated to Singapore for three years to establish the firm’s Asian Consumer & Retail practice.

Alex holds an M.A. in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC.
