Ajay Pathak

Ajay Pathak serves as a Managing Director in Stifel’s Public Finance Department and co-leads the group’s healthcare practice. Most recently, he served as Mercy Health’s Chief Strategy & Ventures Officer where he led strategic planning, transactions, structuring, execution and integration across several of the health system’s most pertinent growth dimensions. Before this, Mr. Pathak worked for OSF HealthCare in a variety of executive roles, including the President and CEO of OSF Southern Region and as the system’s Chief Strategic Acquisition and Integration Officer. He has also spent time in healthcare investment banking and strategic advisory with Barclays, Lehman Brothers, Navigant Consulting and the Advisory Board Company.
