Adam Steinberg

Adam Steinberg is Head of Stifel’s Capital Structure Advisory Group. He brings 25 years of experience in investment banking and asset management, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, restructurings, and other complex capital structure matters across a wide range of industries.

Before joining Stifel, Adam served as a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he advised corporations, creditors, and other stakeholders on a broad spectrum of capital structure and restructuring assignments. Previously, he was an investor at Lone Star Capital Management, focusing on workout and special situations investments. Earlier in his career, Adam was a Vice President in the Restructuring & Recapitalization Group at Jefferies.

Adam earned a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
