Prior to joining Stifel, Adam spent ten years at Bear Stearns advising a broad range of health care companies ranging from small cap to large cap companies. He has extensive experience executing financing, financial advisory and M&A transactions for a wide range of clients.
Adam earned an MBA from Stern School of Business at New York University, a B.S. in Accounting from University of Illinois and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
