Student Programs & Internship Programs

Summer Internships – London

Stifel’s Summer Internship Program introduces participants to the financial industry through practical experience. The program aims to provide an understanding of industry operations and corporate practices.

Summer internships are available within the following divisions in London: Corporate Finance, Equity Capital Markets, Equities Research, and Equities Sales.

In London, the internship duration is six to eight weeks during the summer. Applicants must have completed their penultimate year of university before the internship begins.

Off-Cycle Internships – Continental Europe & London

Across Paris, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, and London, Off-cycle Internships are offered for up to six months within the Investment Banking division.

Candidates for Off-cycle Internships should have graduated or completed undergraduate studies prior to the internship start date or be MBA students. Previous relevant internship experience is typically expected.

Graduate Analyst Programs

The Graduate Analyst Program at Stifel is designed for students in the final year of an undergraduate or master’s degree seeking roles in international investment banking. Graduate positions are available within the following divisions in London: Corporate Finance, Equity Capital Markets, Equities Research, and Equities Sales.

The Graduate Analyst Program consists of an initial comprehensive training program consisting of both technical and professional skills content, designed to equip new analysts with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Participants will receive assistance in preparing for and taking relevant regulatory exams, including dedicated revision sessions. Throughout the 12-month of the program, ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities are provided to support personal and professional growth. In addition, the program includes social events and offers a strong focus on well-being and pastoral support, ensuring that analysts have access to guidance and resources throughout their first year.
