Victor joined Stifel in 2019 through the acquisition of Mooreland Partners, where he was a Partner. During a career spanning 25 years as an investment banker, Victor has advised on a multitude of M&A and capital raising deals across the technology industry in both Europe and North America. While at Stifel, he has been primarily responsible for sourcing and executing transactions in the software segment, but also in fintech, smart mobility, and robotics.
Earlier in his career, Victor worked in the technology investment banking groups at Nomura and Broadview. Prior to Broadview, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, where he was part of the International Business Structuring Group focused on Technology clients.
